IQA Cell (IQAC)
IQA Cell was established during January 2015 in order to facilitate and assure Internal Quality in Teaching , Research and Administration. Fair amount of information and documents have been collected by the cell and it is rigorously making efforts to enrich the quality. The cell has made efforts in getting students’ feedback and giving necessary directions after the through analysis for the improvement of teaching and administration.
The University geared-up to assimilate information from January 2015. Necessary preparations were made with the help of the availability less number of staff. In the process, the AAA Committee visited the university during August 2015 and spent three days from 28th to 30th of August and Submitted a report to the NAAC. The AAA Committee consisted of Prof. C.R. Karisiddappa, Chairman and as member Prof. S.S. Patagundi, Prof. Chidananda Sharma and Prof. B.K. Tulasimala, In their assessment report they gave suggestions to improve academics of research However, they appreciated the available infrastructure and the enthusiasm and Zeal of teachers and Non-Teaching Staff. Immediately after the AAA Committee’s visit, the Self Study Report and Evaluating Reports of the Departments were submitted to NAAC. After accepting the reports the NAAC Peer Team visited our University on 7th, 8th and 9th of November 2016. It has accorded ‘B’ Grade to our University.
